Private heated pool Playground Hiking trailsOur guest house "La Clé des Jardins" (formerly "La Ferme du Temple") is located in the heart of the village of Nouâtre in Indre-et-Loire.
There is a bar, post office, bakery, grocery store and La Vienne River nearby.
Once arrived, you will enter a field of 1.6 hectares where you will find a courtyard that can accommodate several cars, the main house, a pond, an outdoor playground for children, a terrace and a patio. A secure box is available to store your bikes.
We will also develop an orchard, a kitchen garden and a henhouse to feed our table d'hôtes. You will be able to visit them and share with us our passion. No pesticides on our vegetables and fruits. We use market gardening on living soil.
We therefore offer 4 spacious bedrooms, two on the first floor ("The Flowers" and "The Trees") and two on the second floor ("The Butterflies" and "The Birds"). All our rooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower or bath and toilet. A dining room with a small lounge / TV area will also be at your disposal.
You can relax in the garden at the edge of the pond or go to visit the Castles of the Loire, cross the footpaths, go for a bike ride, visit the wine cellars of Chinon, go to tourist sites unless one hour (Futuroscope, Beauval Zoo, Center Parcs, Descartes Aquatic Center, Rivau Castle, Montbazon Fortress, ...) A multitude of activities are nearby.

"séjour très agréable"
nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette belle maison très accueillante. Nos hôtes étaient charmants, très à l'écoute et disponibles. Nous profitions tous les matins d'un superbe petit déjeuner. La piscine nous permettait de bien profiter du soleil lorsque nous revenions de nos longues balades dans les environs.

"Fantastic location, lovely and friendly owners"
I stayed here one night on my way south. The location is perfect. Once you arrive from the busy highway, you immediately calm down and feel relaxed. The room was typically French with comfortable beds and good bathroom. The garden is very nice with a pond and a pool. Breakfast is superb with crepes, croissant, baguette, juice and coffee.
The owners are a lovely friendly and welcoming couple.

"Very warm and welcoming reception"
Last summer we stayed at La Clé des Jardins. We were en route to our holiday destination near Bordeaux. This is a perfect spot to stay over when you are travelling to the south. We enjoyed a lovely dinner with prepared with local products. The owners were so friendly and although we stayed for only one night they really took the time to let us feel welcome.

Très beau week-end passé en famille. Nous avions privatisé le gîte et c était "comme à la maison " Merci Sandrine et Sébastien pour votre accueil très chaleureux, votre simplicité tout en étant très pro et bravo Mathias et Manon pour le service. Nous nous sommes régalés avec votre cuisine généreuse et mention +++ pour le flan pâtissier !

L'accueil n'était que le signe avant coureur de la qualité des prestations.
Un dîner sans fioritures mais copieux et excellent.
Une chambre de belle taille équipée d'un lit king size avec un matelas confortable et une salle de bain moderne.
Un petit déjeuner, crêpes et viennoiseries agrémenté de confitures aux saveurs originales.
Escale ou séjour, je recommande.

Séjour parfait . Chambre papillon très jolie. Petit déjeuner extra. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine . Très bel espace avec étang, aire de jeux pour les enfants et parking couvert. On garde précieusement l’adresse pour y revenir

Très bon accueil et séjour très agréable. Nous avons été parfaitement reçu pour une nuit dans la chambre parentale. La table était copieuse avec des produits locaux. Très bon petit déjeuner. Il a de beaux projets en perspectives et qui demanderont beaucoup de travail. Un grand merci pour votre accueil.
