Château-Renard needed an address a stone's throw from the town center, a prestigious place in this village of character, today bustling with small shops, bars and restaurants.

Le Clos de Mocberry is an old house from the first half of the 19th century.
Long neglected and fully restored since 2017, this area includes a castle and old farm buildings. It is located at the entrance of a 6 hectare private park with its own saffron culture, its beehives, its century-old oaks. This area overlooks the village and lights up after dark.

When you arrive at the corner of Mocberry Street, you will not miss the main aisle that opens to you. It gives life, from the porch past, to a courtyard completely restored in cobblestones, which will not fail to surprise you.
The chateau guest rooms are finely decorated and some have an individual terrace. The decoration of each room is an invitation to rest with the possibility of reserving 2 rooms (parental room and children) in a single space. They all have a bathroom, TV, WiFi, large storage space.
On the ground floor, two relaxation areas with the old chimneys of the castle, breakfast room, not to mention the park which lets glimpse over the seasons a field of cyclamen, saffron, daffodils or primroses.

Ideally located in the heart of our Gâtinaise Valleys: a 5-minute walk from the weekly market where you will find a whole local region for a gourmet breakfast or to organize a picnic by the Ouanne, and barely 2 minutes from the community pool.

There is no shortage of moments of relaxation: alone, with family or with colleagues on the multitude of routes that will be offered to you by going along the “Briare Canal”, the “Guédelon” site, the Sens Cathedral, “Le Comptoir du Cacao ”, the“ Venice of the Gâtinais ”or“ the gates of Sologne ”.
Your stay can be accompanied by well-being moments: yoga, paddle yoga, equipment rental (paddles and mountain bikes) with or without qualified instructors, all from your accommodation.
A little further, on foot, by bike or by car, the wellness stopover continues at the height of your stay: hammam, whirlpool, massage, swimming pool, fitness, beauty experiences.
