Chambres d'hôtes "Chez Colny" la Maison du Bonheur

I suggest you receive you in LA MAISON DU BONHEUR "chez moi Colny" which is located in Machecoul-Saint-Même, 12 minutes from the beaches of La Bernerie-en-Retz and the port of Collet.
Beautiful hikes or bike rides, between the forest, the Breton marshes and the edges of the beaches.

It is at the center of magnificent tourist excursions to be programmed (see the Machecoul tourist office), such as the safari zoo "LA PLANÈTE SAUVAGE" in Port-Saint-Père (15 min), or the majestic Puy du Fou Park (at 1h)
30 min from Nantes, 20 min from Challans, 30 min from Pornic, 40 min from the island of Noirmoutier.

I can accommodate 5 guests (and possibility of adding 1 cot).

Your pet is welcome (possibility depending on my availability to keep it during your outings).

The basic price (breakfast included) is for 2 guests in room N°1 and from the 3rd a supplement per person is added and room N°2 will be offered to accommodate up to 5 people. The baby remains free.

To access the rooms:
We climb 3 small steps and we find:
- bedroom 1: a large bed (160X200) with TV
- bedroom 2: a double bed (140X190) and 1 single bed (90X200) and TV
- bathroom: cabinet with large mirror and basin and a walk-in shower with seat and side bar and a raised toilet

In the kitchen side garden at the back:
- a kiosk with a table promising you lunch outside in good weather

The land is completely enclosed by walls, which allows children and animals to play in complete safety.

Animals are accepted (except dogs of category 1 and 2) subject to my prior agreement and possibility of keeping them for you during your outings according to my availability.

ENCLOSED LAND BY WALL. Your vehicle(s) can park there. Electric gate.

No person not provided for the rental can be invited (unless authorized by me before his arrival).

PARTIES AND OTHER FESTIVE EVENINGS ARE PROHIBITED.
NON-SMOKING HOUSE but possibility of smoking outside.

OTHER DETAILS:
Very quiet area near the racecourse and the equestrian center and 1.5 km from the city center and the train station which will take you to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie / Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez (25 min) and in Nantes (30 mins).
In the center you have all the local traders (pharmacies, bakeries, butchers, florists, clothing, organic food, opticians, press houses, etc.) and three supermarkets (Super U, Netto, Lidl).

There are offices of doctors, dentists, physiotherapists, veterinarians…

For your "relaxation" outings in the city centre, there are several good restaurants and there is a very nice neighborhood cinema!
