Bocce ball court Hiking trailsOur house is an old farmhouse completely renovated. With a total area of more than 300 m², built in stone and adobe.
It is located on a closed and raised ground of 650 m ². In the countryside, quiet, with a large south-facing terrace and stunning views of the Cote-Rôtie and Condrieu hills.
We are 3 minutes from Vienne and 20 minutes from Lyon.
Our 2 large guest rooms meet all modern comforts (television, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking) and are open all year round. (except December 24, 25 and 31). With an independent entrance and a living room of 30 m² opening onto our large terrace; you will have, if you wish, full autonomy.

"A very pleasant and comfortable overnight stay!"
We had a very pleasant and comfortable overnight stay on our way to the campsite near Montpellier.
Carole, a sweet and friendly woman, welcomed us and showed us the excellent room with air conditioning. It was super clean and spacious enough for two people! The price was also very reasonable (and that even included a good breakfast). In the evening, we were able to enjoy a nice glass of wine in the garden.
We arrived with a car and trailer and were able to park safely behind the gate, which felt very secure. We hadn’t mentioned that we’d be bringing a trailer, but luckily that wasn’t a problem at all.
All in all, we had a great overnight stay. Thank you, Carole!

"Magnifique découverte"
Petit écrin situé au calme avec toutes commodités situé à 2 pas de l'autoroute et donc tres pratique! Chambres et salles de bains spacieuses et agréables. Accueil chaleureux et espace extérieur très sympa avec superbe vue sur les coteaux. Repas délicieux le soir et petit déjeuner varié et excellent ! Très chouette découverte!

Cette chambre d'hôtes est à recommander. Un grand merci à Carole pour sa gentillesse et son accueil chaleureux. Tout est décoré avec goût. La chambre était très confortable. Quant au petit déjeuner il était très copieux et délicieux.

"Belle découverte !"
Not far from the highway, we were warmly welcomed with our little dog by Carole, the owner of this charming guest house.
Everything was perfect, from the comfortable and very clean room to the hearty and delicious breakfast with this delicious homemade apricot cake 😉. And what about the location of the place at the foot of the Condrieu vineyards and on the Rôtie side. Carole knows how to be discreet while listening to her guests.

Excellente chambre d'hôte !
Bien située sur la route des vacances, au calme et propriété completement fermée. La chambre est très propre et bien agencée pour une famille. Très bonne literie avec du linge qui sent bon. Petit déjeuner copieux et fait maison.

Bien située sur la route des vacances, au calme et propriété completement fermée. La chambre est très propre et bien agencée pour une famille. Très bonne literie avec du linge qui sent bon. Petit déjeuner copieux et fait maison.
Nous reviendrons sûrement !
