Welcome to L'Oiseau Perché, a charming renovated farmhouse offering a guest room located in a hamlet in the small village of Autheuil, in Orne in Lower Normandy, a few steps from the 12th century Romanesque church listed as a monument. historical.

Here you will hear the bells ringing, the frogs croaking and especially the birds singing! Our garden is classified as a refuge by the LPO, several nest boxes adorn the wall of the barn, perhaps you will have the chance to witness the flight of chicks.

This old farmhouse was the home of accordion virtuoso Louis Corchia.

A hiking trail opposite the house (GR22) will take you through fields and forests to picturesque villages, ponds, religious buildings, mansions and castles, for an authentic discovery of the hills of the Perche regional natural park.

Our room has private access from the outside to guarantee you peace and autonomy.
It has a 160x200 bed, suitcase rack, wardrobe, bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.

The gourmet and healthy breakfasts are made with mainly organic products with gluten-free options, they will be served in our dining room between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., or on the terrace on sunny days.
