Our house is on 2 levels in the center of the village near the shops.
4 km south of the Nantes / Brest 4 lane
15 minutes from the historic center of Vannes
10 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan (walks)
And 15 minutes from the Atlantic beaches

Its construction dates from approximately the beginning of the 19th century
It is an old stone house, renovated, with large shaded terrace and a garden partially surrounded by stone walls,
Surzur is a small rural town not far from the sea, 4 km south of the 4-lane road, Vannes / Nantes axis,

Super vacances temps très agréable merci encore à Philippe et Brona propriétaires très sympathique discret à l écoute nous retournerons avec plaisir chez eux logement très bien situé tout à proximité encore merci à vous deux amicalement

"very good"
Philippe & Brona are very nice hosts and made everything even more convenient. It feels that they are right around the corner, if you have any needs.
About the house - just lovely, with a lot of space and extra ordinary kitchen.
Location - seems the everything is less than 2min away, bakery, butcher, post office, wine shop, restaurant and even a bigger supermarket.
Summing up - we loved it.

"Séjour du 16 au 30 juillet 2022"
Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à Surzur! L'accueil chaleureux réservé par Philippe et Brona apporte ce "plus" qui donne envie d'y revenir. L'emplacement est parfait pour aller rapidement aux plages et lieux touristiques environnants.
Le gîte est parfaitement équipé et meublé avec goût. Il offre de grands espaces de vie confortables: une cuisine très fonctionnelle, un ample salon, 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains impeccables... sans oublier la véranda et la terrasse. Le jardin et le potager ont aussi fait le bonheur de nos 2 enfants de 3 et 5 ans! Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés et espérons y retourner à l'avenir.

"Une semaine très agréable, pas loin des plages"
Nous avons choisi ce gîte en raison de sa situation géographique, au sein d'un village avec les commodités nécessaires. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux , le jardin très agréable et très bien entretenu. La maison est très spacieuse, belle maison ancienne et très bien aménagée.

"Très belle vacances en Bretagne"
La maison est très belle, avec un très bel espace de vie. L'aménagement de toutes les pièces est faite avec beaucoup de goût et d'authenticité. Tout est fait pour s'y sentir bien. L'accueil y est très chaleureux. Nous recommandons.
