We welcome you in an apartment located in the center of Geneva, 5 minutes walk from the pedestrian hypercenter.
We offer a large, spacious, contemporary room with a Extra king size bed (2m x 2m), new memory foam bedding for two people maximum. Bed linen provided.
This room also includes a large screen TV with Netflix, Apple TV and access to over 200 channels ...
The shared bathroom includes a bathtub. Towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided.
The shared toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Internet via free WIFI
Courtesy bottle of water
Coffee and tea available upon request.
Breakfasts are 15 €/pers and served before 10:00 am on the terrace by good weather, with a view on the park, or in the kitchen the rest of the time (to be ordered the day of your arrival or by message).
Possibility of table d'hôte for an exclusive dinner according to your taste or romantic, on reservation only and in advance, at the rate of 69.-CHF or € including starter, main course, dessert, a glass of wine and coffee. Possibility of aperitifs and digestifs in addition.
Apartment and terrace entirely NON SMOKING
Streetcar and bus stop serving the whole city in front of the apartment.
Eaux Vives train station at 3 min walk.
Lake at 10 min walk.
For those coming by car, possibility of a closed and secured box within the building for 20.00CHF or €/day with socket for recharging of all electric cars (TESLA welcome) without additional costs.
Payment :
For short stays 1 or two nights : we ask you to pay on arrival the totality of the stay and possible supplements on the spot only and in cash.
For long stays of more than 3 nights : we ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking, by bank transfer, credit card or TWINT. The rest is to be paid on the day of your arrival only in cash.

"Lovely place and great location"
Perfect accommodation for business and leisure, Damien is the perfect host, he offers a spacious and quiet room in a lovely decorated flat near to the city centre and public transport with a perfect connection to the airport.
Le Petit Chêne Genevois will be my place again for my next stay in Geneva.

"Parfait et confortable"
Le plus : La chambre et la salle de bain magnifique.
Le box privé pour recharger ma voiture et la discrétion du propriétaire qui est au petit soin.
Le moins : Pas évident à trouver la première fois.

"Confortable, unique avec un emplacement au top"
On a apprécié la propreté et tous les services offerts, l’emplacement est idéal car nous avons tout fait à pied, la chambre est spacieuse. Avec un très bon petit-déjeuner et diner qu'on se rappellera longtemps. Merci Damien on reviendra avec plaisir.

"Très belle chambre"
L’accueil était au rendez-vous. Damien nous a bien conseillé sur les sites à visiter durant notre séjour qui fut fort agréable. Un gros plus sur la chambre, la situation de l’appartement car nous avons fait tout à pied et un petit déjeuner comme on les aimes.
