Ideally located in Épinal, our guest house will allow you to make your stopover in peace and quiet.
The room is on the 2nd and last floor, and has an adjoining and independent bathroom.
Bed linen and towels are at your disposal.
Cyclists and motorcyclists will be reassured to be able to leave their machines safely in our garage :-)
We inform you (in case of allergy or other) that we have a dog (Golden Retriever) and 2 cats but they do not go upstairs.
2 km from the heart of the city, our house from the 1900s is also at the entrance to the forest, ideal for good walks.
Close to all amenities (roads, train station, city bus, self-service bicycles, restaurants, cinema, museums, etc.), our city and also our department have many riches.
Major events punctuate the year: games festivals, children's book festivals, street theater festivals... the forests, lakes and ski slopes are very easy to access.
Do not hesitate to contact us, we will answer all your questions so that your stay with us goes as smoothly as possible.

"Excellente étape, confort, accueil, emplacement"
J’ai passé une nuit en solo (juillet 2025). L’emplacement dans Épinal est très bon, le confort et la propreté de la chambre + sdb (un étage privatisé en fait) impeccables, accueil souriant, sincère et discret, petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. À recommander.

...at first, I wanted to sleep near the train station for practical reasons. I'm very happy to have found this beautiful room.
In Epinal, it was freezing cold - one more reason to come back in spring.

Céline welcomes you with a very big smile
The house is in absolute calm
The bedroom and bathroom (bath and shower) are huge
Breakfast is gargantuan and a special moment to chat with our host.
We really feel good in this place surrounded by nature. I will return with great pleasure.

"Très bel endroit au calme"
Très bon sejour chez Celine et Fred. Belle maison décorée avec goût avec chambre et salle de bains très spacieuses. Un petit déjeuner copieux pour bien commencer la journée. Je recommande pour passer un week end sympathique

Ich wurde sehr nett begrüßt und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und das Bad ist sehr großzügig. Mein Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen.
