Located 1200 m from the city center in a former grocery store, this rental has an independent entrance, a living room with kitchen area on the ground floor with a bay window to the rising sun, a charming mezzanine (with 1 double bed and 1 convertible sofa), a small bedroom (with 2 single beds) and a bathroom.
Be careful who says mezzanine, says stairs.

Advertised rates are lodging rates only. Self-catering formula, cleaning is not included. Possibility of a cleaning fee at the rate of 40€.
In bed and breakfast formula, the supplement is €20 per person, including breakfast, sheets, towels and cleaning. During the summer period, from July 3 to August 31, rental is only in the gite: we do not serve breakfast and sheets and bath towels are not provided.

Paray le Monial is a charming little town in the heart of a preserved environment. Millennial city offers a real break, offering many interests such as Romanesque art (More than 100 churches including the Basilica of Paray and the Abbey of Cluny at 45Km), its museums retracing the history of this city (Musée du Hiéron, Paul Charnoz Museum), its Mosaic school offering courses and courses all year round, its spiritual life and a developed cultural life (guided tour of the historic town).

Close to cycle paths towards Roanne and Bourbon Lancy, departure point for canoeing on the Loire, PAL amusement park and zoo (50 km). The Charolais-Brionnais benefits from an important artisanal and artistic fabric, to be discovered by car, motorbike or bicycle.
