Bocce ball court Private pool PlaygroundFabienne and Aimery warmly welcome you and offer you a guest room "À l'ancre marine", a completely renovated studio of 18 m², on one level facing the swimming pool (slots to be defined together) located below the terrace and from the lush garden of their charming Nice property "Arts Déco", located on the west hill of Nice (Fabron district) close to all tourist, cultural and sporting amenities.
Whether you are 2 or 3 people, you are invited to have breakfast on the terrace while admiring the exceptional panorama of the sea (Cap d'Antibes side) and the mountains (Saint-Paul-de-Vence side).
Fabienne and Aimery will then be delighted to offer you a friendly drink in the company of their kind 2-year-old "guardian", Luna, a very sociable Weimaraner.
If you would like to come in larger numbers, know that Fabienne and Aimery own, also overlooking the swimming pool, a gîte "Le petit mas niçois" for 3-4 people (also on Cybevasion). If you are interested, remember to ask them if this cottage is available on your dates!
Please note that it is possible to benefit, on request, from a table d'hôtes.
