Ideally located, close to transport, shops and the Saint-Denis market, cultural places, you can enjoy the city's many activities (Tourist Office just a stone's throw away), while being at the gates of Paris.

"Parfait"
Proche du stade de France 20mn à pieds, pas loin du métro pour aller visiter Paris, grande chambre agréable, bonne literie, salle de bain et toilette privé bon petit déjeuner copieux.. une bonne adresse une des moins chère du coin.

"Très bonne adresse"
We were warmly welcomed, the room is very well located, close to the Stade de France which is within walking distance, the breakfast is generous, our host spoke with us about various topics, cinema, music, visits to make in St Denis... in short, a very good stay, an address to remember,

"Séjour chez Dominique"
We spent 3 nights with Dominique and Jacques. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower area were very clean. The breakfast was generous, and the cherry on top was that our hosts were very welcoming and attentive to our needs.

"Une belle expérience"
I stayed one night in this guesthouse. Communication before the stay was easy and smooth. The welcome was excellent. The room is very well equipped and having private bathrooms is a real plus. After a quiet night, a quality breakfast rounded off this wonderful experience. If I ever return to Saint Denis, I will definitely stay here again.

"Parfait"
Spent a night at Dominique's. It was perfect from the welcome to the departure. Dominique and Jacques are very welcoming, very friendly. The room is really very pleasant, spacious, bright with the skylight. We felt really good there! Very clean, the bathroom as well as the "private" toilet are a plus! The breakfast was generous and excellent. If we come back, we will stay again with great pleasure at Dominique's.

"Weekend idéal sport et culture"
A very pleasant room and an extraordinary welcome from the owners allowed us to fully enjoy this short stay in the Paris region. We can't forget the quality breakfast. Just a stone's throw from the Stade de France and the Basilica of St. Denis, we were able to combine a sporting event with a historical visit. We will definitely return.

"Excellent accueil"
I spent one night in this guesthouse during a business meeting. I received a very warm welcome. The owner was able to arrange for me to drop off my belongings before my meeting. The room is very well equipped (very comfortable bed), with the personal bathrooms very much appreciated after a day of meetings! Thank you also for the bottle of fresh water upon arrival! The night was quiet, although you might think otherwise when you are on the very busy street still in the evening... And breakfast was a very good time, with a tasting of homemade jams and very good breads, all while talking about the world with the owner! I recommend this room to any traveler!
