Welcome to our guest house!

Carlitos will be delighted to welcome you to his apartment in the heart of La Paz, at the beginning of the quiet residential district of Soppocachi, a 5-minute walk from the main Prado shopping street (restaurants, shops) and cultural attractions (cinemas, museums). On the 3rd floor of a building, the apartment is spacious (120 m2), comfortable and enjoys plenty of sunshine at all times of the day, with views over La Paz and the Cordillera Real.

There's a living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, two bathrooms (one of which is en suite to one of the guest rooms) and WiFi access. Bedrooms are spacious and bright, with double beds, TVs and plenty of closet space. The room rate includes breakfast.

You can chat (in Spanish) with Carlitos to discover the region and its many treasures. He'll be delighted to advise you on things to do, places to visit and restaurants to discover.
