The apartment is located in a quiet residence and well located on the banks of the Cher, 10 minutes from TOURS city center.
The residence is easily accessible 5 minutes from the A10 motorway (Saint-Avertin exit). In addition, the tram and bus are a 2-minute walk from the building.
During your stay you will have the opportunity to meet Myrtille (a 7 year old pug) as well as Chouchou (12 year old Gabonese parrot).
