Villa Bolgheri Mare è composta da una villa ottocentesca di circa 500 mq, con camere con bagni en-suite, 3 grandi zone relax e zona pranzo; una dependance indipendente con accesso dal giardino con 2 camere e 1 bagno, piccolo angolo cottura e angolo pranzo; un cottage con 2 camere con 2 bagni en suite grande soggiorno e cucina, ingresso indipendente direttamente dal giardino. Nel grande giardino che circonda la proprietà è presente una tettoia di 50 mq per i pasti all'aperto e barbecue. Il mare della costa degli Etruschi dista , chilometri, il famoso borgo di Bolgheri con i suoi pregiati vini e le sue cantine dista 10 chilometri, il Golfo di Baratti e i suoi siti archeologici 24 chilometri, le terme di Venturina 16 chilometri, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca sono raggiungibili in meno di un'ora di auto. Nei dintorni della struttura troverete parchi per bambini, itinerari eno-gastronomici, stabilimenti per trattamenti elio-terapici, passeggiate in bicicletta.
