Bocce ball court25 km west of Rennes, partly by expressway, magnificent house of character built in earth and wood, located in a wooded property, wide openings on a green and unspoiled countryside.
With a lot of charm in the interior rooms, it is also pleasant to live outside with the terrace bordering a natural basin, 14 km from Bécherel, city of the book, 35 km from Dinan and the Kingdom of Brocéliande.
Ground floor: independent entrance, a double bedroom (160 bed) with private lounge opening onto a terrace reserved for the guest room (deckchairs, garden table and chairs), bathroom with walk-in shower washbasin and separate toilet.
Convertible sofa (in 140) in the living-room.
Breakfasts served in the dining room or on the terrace with old-style baked bread, pancakes, homemade jams
(Possibility to use the refrigerator, microwave and freezer).
Bus to Rennes, shops, restaurants, cinemas at 800 m.

"Il paradiso..."
Immerso nella natura, gestito da una famiglia super accogliente e gentile, pulitissimo e calmo... Peccato aver prenotato per una sola notte. La colazione è la ciliegina sulla torta, ricca e varia.
