At the immediate gates of Tours, this 18th century tufa stone residence offers a haven of serenity in the heart of a wooded park.
It is ideally located, in a residential area, close to the exit of the motorway axes and less than 10 minutes from Saint-Pierre-des-Corps station.
Travelers can park their vehicle in the grounds of the property, safely and free of charge. Recharging of electric cars is possible (supplement of 8 € for 9 hours).
The garage can accommodate bicycles.

Located upstairs, this guest room is a 40 m² apartment composed of a large bedroom, a living room, a bathroom with shower / sink and toilet.
It is equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need for breakfast, which is provided but taken independently, in the bedroom or in the veranda, or even under the wisteria arbor if the weather permits.

For information, a similar suite is located on the ground floor, just below. It consists of a bedroom, a living room and a shower room / sink; the toilets are right next to the suite.

The washing machine and dryer are available to travelers on request (supplement of € 2 for use of each device).

The living room, the lounge / fireplace and the veranda are also available, as well as the park and the swimming pool (not heated). This is secured by a recent fence, equipped with a lockable gate.
