Free WiFi Garden Breakfast included Evening meals Picnic basket Cyclists welcome Welcome to my charming Bordeaux home situated in a residential area 3 minutes from the Public Gardens and the Chartrons neighborhood. Your comfortable private room is on the ground floor and includes a private en suite shower, WC and a garden view.
A French breakfast is included but I also offer an American breakfast, “apéro” and dinners on the second floor where I live. You may choose your bedding, cotton percale or cotton sateen. As An interior designer and "foodie" ,I want tto make sure that your comfort and my hospitality are # 1.
A shy but friendly cat lives on the premise.

"Wonderful"
We had an absolutely lovely stay. Everything was Wonderful : from our host's welcome to the way the room is arranged with an en-suite bathroom to the calm neighborhood to the Super American breakfast that we booked on Saturday morning. A plus is that it's close to a great park.

"Un ospite deliziosa e speciale!"
È stato veramente piacevole stare da kim! Ha sicuramente fatto si che la nostra vacanza diventasse speciale. Accogliente, affabile, ci ha dato consigli utilissimi e ci ha accolto nella sua casa come amici! Assolutamente raccomandata!

"un havre de paix"
4 nuitées dans une belle chambre d'hôte située au calme, à trois mn à pied du jardin public (jardin remarquable) et aussi à trois mn à pied du tram pour visiter Bordeaux. Kim m' a accueillie très chaleureusement. Elle est très attentionnée et sympathique. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux (pain complet, yaourt, fruits frais). je remercie Kim d'avoir rendu mon séjour très agréable et recommande
vivement sa chambre d'hôte.

"Ilot de calme et de confort à Bordeaux"
Accueil chaleureux et attentionné de Kim dans un lieu charmant, un endroit parfait pour se reposer de visites effrénées à Bordeaux dans un quartier magnifique. je recommande vivement.

"Escale parfaite pour visiter Bordeaux"
Belle chambre indépendante, en rdc avec accès au petit jardin. Belle literie.
Kim loge à l’étage. Hôte charmante, serviable et très attentionnée. Emplacement parfait pour visiter Bordeaux, très proche du cœur de la ville mais dans une rue au calme.

"Kim aux petits soins"
Kim est une hôte attentive, sympathique et agréable. Le logement est cosy, le lit confortable et la vue sur le jardin superbe. C'est un bel écrin en pleine ville avec accès facile au tram. Le quartier est magnifique et proche des berges de la Garonne. Mon séjour était top, je recommande.

"Bel endroit"
Nous avons apprécié la chambre au rez-de-chaussée chez Kim au calme tout en étant bien situé pour le quartier animé des Chartrons et pour visiter Bordeaux à pieds. Hôtesse charmante et maison très agréable.
