Alpenrose

This charming guest house is located in the town of Mittenwald, a 15-minute drive from Elmau Castle. It offers traditional rooms, a restaurant with entertainment and an outdoor café.

The Alpenrose dates from the 13th century and features a Medieval-style façade. All rooms at the Alpenrose feature cable TV and a private bathroom with shower.

The Alpenrose restaurant serves international and Bavarian specialities. Traditional music evenings are held here regularly.

The nearby Karwendelbahn Cable Car takes guests to the top of the Karwendel Mountains. In winter, there is a local bus to nearby ski resorts. Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a 20-minute drive away.

The Alpenrose in Mittenwald offers free parking. It is 2 km from the Austrian border and a 35-minute drive from the city of Innsbruck.

Children of all ages are welcome.
Additional people stay for 25 € per person per night when sleeping in an existing bed.
