"Super séjour de deux nuitées"
For our first stay in your magnificent property, nothing to say, my daughter and I had an excellent stay, especially the superb swimming pool for my daughter who didn't want to get out.
We took the family room, very good bedding, all the comforts inside, TV, hair dryer, and what I liked the herbal tea, tea, coffee corner for the evening.
A remarkable breakfast and the jams... a delight! Everything is magnificent at your place, the apple trees, goldfish ponds and so many things and so well maintained, besides I take my hat off to you for all the work you do to maintain your property. MIEL a lovely little dog.
Nothing to say and very calm, happy to have spoken with you, looking forward to coming back, we are not far 02.
Thank you for everything and I hope to see you one of these days.

"Très bon séjour"
We stayed 3 nights in the studio. This accommodation is spacious and perfectly equipped. In addition, access to a shared kitchen is very appreciable, as are the swimming pool and the pétanque court. The quiet location close to Lac du Der is an additional asset. The owner is very nice. We had already stayed there in 2022 and will not hesitate to come back again.

Excellent stay at the Alaguyauder guest house: very welcoming host who takes great care of holidaymakers, spacious, comfortable and quiet room, very practical kitchenette, magnificent garden very well maintained, large swimming pool very pleasant in times of heatwave, fruit trees with tasty fruits, proximity to the very pretty lake of Der, the churches and the Der museum. Address to keep imperatively to return there!

“Superb stay, very warm welcome”
We went to Lac du Der for the first time. Alaguyauder had been warmly recommended to us by our friends. Great. The host is very welcoming and attentive to his guests. The pod is original and simple at the same time. You quickly feel at home there. The lady who takes care of the cleaning is very courageous and smiling. We were a good 1 km from the dike, which allowed us to be there very often to observe the cranes taking flight and their return. We discovered the half-timbered churches and many beautiful walks. We will come back without any hesitation.

Gîte too close to the owners' house. Simple breakfast like at home (the bread was stale, butter and jam) without great flow. No parking for the car. Too bad for all these inconveniences.

Compte tenu de tous ces désagréments je vous invite à revenir gratuitement à une date que vous aurez choisie.

Très bien en chambre d hôtes. Tout près de la digue pour faire le tour du lac du Der en vélo. Il y a une grande piscine à disposition bien chaude et couverte. Le propriétaire super sympa conciliant, il a même des maillots de bain a prêter

Très bon séjour pour ma fille et moi, une propriété sacrément bien entretenu par l'hôte et une piscine exceptionnelle.
Superbe accueil, chambre très confortable et environnement très calme. Très bon petit-déjeuner avec confitures maison. Manque juste quelques commerces à proximité. On reviendras c'est certain.

Déçue! Le lieu est top,10mn du lac,mais le gérant a chopé le melon,160€/jour pour 4,sans petit déjeuner ! Cafard dans la salle de bain, travaux de pelleteuse sans nous avoir informés,et lors de la remise des clés même pas demandé si le séjour nous avait convenu...bref dernière fois.

Logés dans un chalet voisin, nous avons dû supporter les travaux en continu de 7h à 2oh, aucune intimité possible même dimanche et jour férié !
Sans doute sympa pour les hôtes, mais mépris du voisinage ! Et des autres hébergements.

1 nuit dans le Kota, un logement impeccable et tout confort comme dans un chalet de montagne ! Belle piscine couverte bien agréable après une journée de vélo.
