The homemade and hearty breakfasts are served when the weather allows it around the mosaic fountain which is in the center of the patio of 90 m ².
The swimming pool, at your disposal according to the times of the owner, is located in a large garden with a view of the Massif des Albères.
The owners will be happy to share with you their passion for the region (art, culture, sea, mountain, nature and leisure).
The proximity of the beaches of Argelès sur Mer (7 km) and Collioure, the proximity of Spain and its location at the foot of the Albères and Canigou mountains make Sorède an ideal place The holidays throughout the year.

Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email addressed to the owner.
a) Cancellation before the start of the stay: If the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
b) If the customer does not show up before 7 p.m. on the scheduled start day of the stay, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains in full with the owner. Additional services not consumed will be reimbursed.
