Bike loans Private pool Bike pathIn a bourgeois house dating from 1902, located at the entrance to the city center of Aix-les-Bains, we offer two magnificent charming rooms on the first level, with fully private bathroom and toilet.
On the garden side, you will have a swimming pool, two terraces and an enclosed garden.
The house is located in a quiet area with the possibility of free parking in our courtyard.
The city center is 500 m away, the SNCF train station 800 m away and the Aix-les-Bains beach with its “Aqualis” aquatic center 1.4 km away; everything is easily accessible on foot or by bike path.
A bike path is at the end of our street for direct access to the lake in less than 2 minutes or to the city center in 1 minute. We provide 2 bicycles free of charge for your stay with locks and baskets.
We can also provide you with a 2-seater inflatable kayak, which we rent for the day or half-day.
We welcome your pet but we ask you, first of all, to inform us of its character, breed, weight, etc. The daily rate per animal is €5.
We have a 6kg Norwegian cat and prefer to know which pet you would like to bring.
A summer kitchen (sink, gas hob, refrigerator, dishes, etc.) can be used for €20 per day. Please note that in the event of bad weather you will not be able to eat under cover.
Note that the living room, kitchen and second floor are reserved for us and that the house is non-smoking.
When only one room (of the 2) is reserved, the second automatically becomes unoccupied, thus making the bathroom and WC entirely private.
Sheets and towels are provided as well as basic necessities (soap, shampoo, hairdryer, etc.)
The 2 bedrooms allow the possibility of installing a travel cot (which we can make available to you).
We do not allow in-room dining.

"Magnifique"
3 nuits passées dans une maison accueillante , décorée avec un goût certain et des propriétaires au top du top. Nous recommandons cette maison d’hôtes qui est en plus idéalement située proche du lac et un accès rapide au centre ville. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et le petit plus servi sous le pommier au bord de la piscine. N’hésitez plus.

"Parfait !"
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Très belles prestations. La maison est superbement décoré et le petit déjeuner est top. Encore trop tôt dans la saison pour profiter de la piscine. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Les draps et serviettes de toilettes sont fournis ainsi que les produits de première nécessité (savon, shampooing, sèche-cheveux …)
Canal+ est mis en service dans la chambre.
Les 2 chambres laissent la possibilité d’installer votre lit parapluie (que nous pouvons mettre à votre disposition).
Lorsqu'une seule chambre sur les 2 est réservée, la deuxième devient automatiquement inoccupée, rendant ainsi la salle de bains et le WC entièrement privatif.
Un balcon privé est accessible sur le palier et vous laisse la possibilité de lire ou de prendre l'apéritif (avec nos formules de planches apéritives que nous préparons à votre demande) …
Nous n'autorisons pas de restauration dans la chambre.
