To reach the property take the Sarzana Exit and follow the road signs to Lerici. Do not enter the tunnel on the right side, but follow the signs to Tellaro Montemarcello. Turn left before the patrol station and drive uphill for about 1 km, following the Rochetta sign.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
