I have converted an old studio to welcome you in a spacious, discreet, private corner.
The guest area consists of a private lounge with television, a bedroom and a shower room with sink and private toilet.
The entrance is independent of my house and opens onto the garden where you will also have a lounge area and the table for breakfast under the lime tree.
The room is for two people with a 140cm bed.
Possibility to park your car, motorbike or bicycles.
Breakfast, bed linen and towels included.
The room is at:
- 5 min from the highway,
- 5 min by bike from the viaRhona (10 min on foot),
- 25 minutes from the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval in Hauterives,
- 25 min from Peaugres Safari,
- 30 min from Annonay with its hot air balloon and Canson paper museum,
- 30 min from the Valrhona chocolate city or the various vineyards of Tain-l'Hermitage,
- 12 min from the St Désirat cellar.

"Parfait"
Cette chambre d'hôtes est bien située à quelques km de l 'autoroute. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et aux petits soins: boissons d'accueil ,fraîches, fruits du pays.. La chambre est agréable avec en plus un salon privé avec tv et salle de bain avec wc, sans compter la terrasse et le grand jardin où nous avons pu dîner puis déjeuner à l'ombre du tilleul, c'était appréciable après avoir fait de la route. Vraiment rien à redire, le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.

"Excellente chambre d'hôtes"
Nous avons passé un excellent moment "A l'ombre du Tilleul", un petit coin de fraicheur en ces temps de canicule, l'appartement est très spacieux, très propre, bien frais, conforme aux photos.
Nadège nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux, a su s'adapter à notre rythme avec un petit déjeuner tôt, très bon et très copieux.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette chambre d'hôtes.

"Personne très agréable."
Accueil chaleureux de Nadège et Jean -pierre ,de très belles personnes. Un chambre d'hôte très grande avec salon, chambre et salle de douche environ plus de 40 mètres carrés,cour. Petit déjeuner très bien RAS.
