Placed in a village offering all the conveniences (supermarket, medical services, convenience stores) the house is closed from a pretty village.
Far from the main street, we are in the middle of nowhere to take advantage of the pond, the swimming pool warmed to bathe from March till October and spacious terraces to take advantage of the climate, the nature and this wine area between Libourne and Bordeaux.
Everything is combined here to take advantage of this living environment.
From 5 minutes of N89, 10 minutes of the highway A10, 15 minutes Bordeaux time, 15 minutes of Libourne.
