From April to the end of September the property offers an Italian breakfast in the alley at the cost 1, 0€ per person per day.

In compliance with the provisions of Ministry for the Ecological Transition, in this accommodation the heating system can be kept turned on only during the period from October 22 to April 7, not more than 13 hours per day, the weighted average air temperature shall not exceed 19 degrees Celsius.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
