The homemade and hearty breakfasts are served when the weather allows it around the mosaic fountain which is in the center of the patio of 90 m ².
The swimming pool, at your disposal according to the times of the owner, is located in a large garden with a view of the Massif des Albères.
The owners will be happy to share with you their passion for the region (art, culture, sea, mountain, nature and leisure).
The proximity of the beaches of Argelès sur Mer (7 km) and Collioure, the proximity of Spain and its location at the foot of the Albères and Canigou mountains make Sorède an ideal place The holidays throughout the year.

Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email addressed to the owner.
a) Cancellation before the start of the stay: If the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
b) If the customer does not show up before 7 p.m. on the scheduled start day of the stay, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains in full with the owner. Additional services not consumed will be reimbursed.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bon conseil pour visiter les alentours.
Les petits déjeuners étaient copieux et savoureux. La chambre spacieuse, agréable dans un environnement très calme. Un accueil chaleureux et prévenant au sein d'une région idéale pour des vacances, que demander de mieux ?!

Un accueil chaleureux et parfait de Marion.
Rajouter à cela un petit déjeuner très gourmand avec des confitures maisons 😋

Tres bon emplacement pour visiter la region dont Colioure. Tres belle et grande chambre avec tres bonne literie. Nous avons été bien accueillis et le petit dejeuner dans le magnifique patio etait tres agréable. Je recommande ce lieu

Accueil chaleureux, logement propre et spacieux, le gros hic c'est l'isolation mal faite, on entend beaucoup trop les voisins ( les conversations ensuite les ronflements des miens m'ont fait passer une nuit blanche...très dur et désagréable surtout quand on sait que la chambre coûte assez cher), sans compter les bruits de préparation de petit déjeuner le matin.
Sympa cependant la piscine même si elle ferme à 19h possibilité de voir avec les proprio pour en profiter plus tard , petit déj correct. Pas sure d'y retourner.
